Sasa is a beauty chain operating predominately in Asia. These stores are everywhere in Hong Kong. It's somewhere between Mecca and Priceline, in that it's not as expensive as Mecca but stocks better brands than Priceline does.
The Sasa website lists prices at anything between 50% to 15% off Australian retail prices. Sasa sells the Clinique clarifying lotions (step 2 of the clinique 3 step) at about 50% of its Australian price.
However, the catch is that you must be a Sasa VIP, which requires a minimum spend of USD$452 (HKD$3,500), or USD$646 (HKD$5,000) over 6 months. Might be worth your while if you have a friend to help you reach the minimum spend. They stock almost every make up brand you can imagine and with the VIP card you get an additional 5%, plus free gifts and so on.
